How do Crystals work to heal you?

Well it all boils down to energy!

Evidently and innately, everything animate and inanimate has an energetic field and possesses a unique vibratory signature. The understanding of this occurrence unfolds the magik that crystals are capable of.

It is pertinent to recognise that as living organisms our energetic fields or vibratory signatures alter as per our feelings, thoughts, beliefs, diet and many other internal and external factors. Crystals on the other hand have a highly coherent energetic field that are clear, consistent and highly ordered. They transmute disharmony into a state of harmony once they come in contact with energy fields that have lesser amplitudes. This phenomenon is know as entrainment. Entrainment, simply put is a process of synchronisation where crystals innately oscillate at a frequency that offsets and aligns energies that are in discord creating a resonance of wellbeing.
