As crystals are natural creations of the Earth, each piece is unique. Variations in colour, shape, inclusions, texture, and patterns are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects.

Product photographs are taken to represent each item as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in colour may occur due to lighting and individual screen settings.

The metaphysical properties described for crystals are based on traditional beliefs and are intended for spiritual and personal growth purposes only. They are not scientifically proven and should never replace professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

 

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• During sales, launches, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details (where available).

 

Shipping

We currently ship across India.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Mariposa Crystals & Candles is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the parcel has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate and unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Natural variations in crystals
• Incorrect crystal selection

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the outer packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

 

Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If the outer package appears significantly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed for dispatch.

Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

 

Crystal Care

We recommend handling crystals with care.

Avoid dropping or exposing them to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures.

Handmade Products

Our candles, crystal bracelets, and curated gift boxes are handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations are part of the handmade process and add to the uniqueness of every piece.

You will receive the exact item shown where specified. For products sold by size or weight, we intuitively select a crystal of similar quality and appearance.

 

Energy Cleansing & Intention

Before leaving our studio, every crystal is lovingly cleansed using traditional cleansing methods and prepared with positive intentions.

We encourage you to cleanse and dedicate your crystal upon receiving it, creating a personal connection and setting your own intentions.

 

Bracelet Sizing

Our bracelets are handcrafted to fit the size selected at checkout.

If you require a custom size, please contact us before placing your order.

As every bracelet is handmade using natural gemstones, slight variations of approximately 2–3 mm in overall size may occur.

 

Candle Care & Safety

​

Our candles are handcrafted using premium natural waxes and high-quality fragrance oils.

For the best experience:

• Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each burn.

• Allow the wax to melt to the edges during the first burn to prevent tunnelling.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and flammable objects.

• Burn on a heat-resistant surface.
