Sunstone – The Stone of Joy & Abundance

Affirmation:

I embrace my inner light, trust my abilities, and welcome abundance with joy and confidence.

Sunstone is traditionally regarded as a stone of joy, optimism, personal power, and abundance. Its warm shades of golden, peach, and orange, often illuminated by a shimmering glow, are reminiscent of sunlight and are associated with vitality, warmth, and the light within us.

In crystal traditions, Sunstone is believed to encourage self-confidence, independence, positivity, and a renewed sense of purpose. It is often chosen as a symbolic companion when embracing new opportunities, overcoming self-doubt, or finding the courage to step into one's own power.

Associated with the Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras, Sunstone represents creativity, motivation, personal strength, and the confidence to express our authentic selves. Its uplifting symbolism encourages us to move forward with optimism, recognise our worth, and welcome life's possibilities with an open heart.
