Ruby – The Stone of Passion & Vitality

Affirmation:

I honour my inner fire, trust my strength, and welcome life with passion.

Ruby is traditionally regarded as a stone of passion, vitality, courage, love, and confidence. Its rich red colour has long been associated with the warmth of life force, desire, devotion, and the courage to pursue what truly matters.

In crystal traditions, Ruby is believed to encourage motivation, determination, and a zest for life. It is often chosen when we want to reignite our enthusiasm, strengthen our sense of purpose, or step forward with greater confidence.

Associated with the Root and Heart Chakras, Ruby symbolises the beautiful balance between grounded strength and passionate love. It encourages us to stay rooted in who we are while boldly embracing the experiences and relationships that bring us joy.

Ruby is a powerful companion for love, ambition, courage, creativity, and new beginnings. It reminds us to honour our desires, celebrate our individuality, and live with intention.
